On the renowned Diego de León Street, one of the main streets of the Salamanca neighbourhood, we find this 52 square meters interior flat, completely furnishedand equipped, with 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Upon entering the flat we are greeted by the open plan kitchen, fully fitted, and equipped with a variety of kitchenware and a comfortable bar for informal meals. On the left-hand side is the dining area and the living room, which has a sofa bed, very convenient for receiving occasional visitors.

From the social area we access a short corridor where we find, on the right-hand side the bathroom; and opposite, the bedroom, equipped with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), which has a chest under the mattress, thus increasing storage.
