In the exclusive and residential neighbourhood of Chamartín, this surprisingly complete exterior flat has a terrace, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. A functional and comfortable property by design in which the client will feel at home.

An elegant hall welcomes and leads on the right, to the social area, where the living room, the dining room, both with access to the terrace, and the guest toilet are located. 

To the left is another more informal dining room, which is open plan and very practical for everyday meals and connects the living room with a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with large and small appliances.
