In a strategic location, between the well-known streets of Príncipe de Vergara and López de Hoyos, is this unique and attractive 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom fully furnished flat located in a quiet street in the Prosperidad neighbourhood.

It is a property with direct access from the street, which gives it great independence and comfort. A double door allows, on the one hand, to have more privacy and, on the other hand, to improve the thermal and acoustic insulation.
