Just a few steps away from the renowned El Retiro Park and bordering with the exclusive Salamanca neighbourhood, we find this wonderful property with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet, whose decoration and design give it a sophisticated and elegant character. 

Upon entering the property, a hallway leads to the right to the social area, and to the left to the private area, which enjoys full independence, privacy, and intimacy. 

The social area is made up of four rooms that share a large open space, dominated by the light that enters through the balconies that adorn the façade of the symbolic building. At one end is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with large and small appliances and has a separate laundry room. Next is the dining room, which connects the kitchen with the living room. This, located at the other end, leads to a spacious work, study or reading area.
