This contemporary and spacious exterior flat is located on Madrid's emblematic and well-known Gran Vía, in a representative centenary building with a beautiful façade.

The property offers a generous social area in which the living room, dining room and kitchen coexist in an open plan layout, thus favouring the spaciousness of each room.
