Temporary rental in a privileged location in the historic center of Madrid
In a privileged location in the historic center of Madrid, between the neighborhoods of Malasaña and Alonso Martínez, is this charming 72 m² apartment, recently renovated. The house offers two double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a toilet, distributed in a functional, warm and full of character space.
Upon entering the house, we are greeted by the social area, consisting of a pleasant living area and a dining room with capacity for four people. The exposed wooden beams that run along the ceiling add personality, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
From this room there is a corridor that leads to the rest of the rooms. The kitchen, fully equipped with large and small appliances as well as a variety of utensils, has custom-made furniture and a practical and comfortable layout.
Next to it is the courtesy toilet, ideal for maintaining the privacy of the rest area.
The two bedrooms, both double, stand out for their serenity and balance. They have built-in wardrobes and a decoration that focuses on neutral and natural tones. A full bathroom serves both bedrooms, maintaining the same aesthetic line of sobriety and comfort.
The location is, without a doubt, one of the great attractions of this property. Just two minutes from the Tribunal metro station and a few steps from Alonso Martínez and Bilbao, communication with the rest of the city is excellent. Several bus lines connect quickly with other neighborhoods such as the Barrio de Salamanca, which can be reached in a pleasant 15-minute ride.
The environment offers a wide range of bars and restaurants, charming shops, wellness centers and original places, which reflect the vibrant character of the neighborhood. In addition, its proximity to Las Salesas, Fuencarral Street and the lively Malasaña neighborhood allows you to fully enjoy the Madrid lifestyle without the need for transportation.
A few minutes away are also the Barceló Market, with an excellent range of fresh products, and the San Ildefonso Market, perfect for enjoying local cuisine. Completing the area's attractions are the National Museum of Romanticism and the Madrid History Museum, testifying to the cultural and historical charm of this fascinating neighborhood.
