This spacious and bright exterior apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Chamartín and very close to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, has everything you could wish for, from an excellent location to a wide variety of amenities. 

Once inside the property, you are greeted by a pleasant entrance hall, which leads, on the left hand side, to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with large and small appliances and has a separate room for the washing machine and dryer.
