In the distinguished neighborhood of Argüelles and a stone's throw from Parque del Oeste, stands out this spacious and stately exterior home with a terrace, comprising 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 toilets.

Upon entering the home, we step into a welcoming hallway that leads us to the spacious and luminous living room on the left. The living room is divided into two areas: a large sitting area and a space for relaxation and television viewing. From here, we have direct access to the terrace.

Adjacent to the living room are three of the five bedrooms in the house. The first one is exterior and overlooks the terrace. It is equipped with a spacious double bed, a convenient study desk, and ample storage space. Located opposite, a bathroom serves both this bedroom and guests.

The other two bedrooms are also doubles and feature two single beds joined together to form a large double bed.

Returning to the hallway, on the right-hand side, we find the dining area, equipped with two tables and comfortably accommodating 9 diners. Next is the kitchen, fully equipped with a variety of utensils and large and small appliances.

Opposite the kitchen, we find two bathrooms, and at the back, there are two double bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, one of them has a spacious dressing room.

The location of the home is undoubtedly one of its great advantages. It is situated in a quiet and residential area, with numerous bars, restaurants, and shops, yet a short walk from emblematic landmarks such as Plaza España, Gran Vía, or the Temple of Debod.
