If there is a location especially demanded by our most exclusive customers this is Salamanca district, near Retiro Park. And it is precisely here where this beautiful two-bedroom apartment is located, which could accommodate up to six guests, thanks to its office being convertible into a bedroom.

On the 5th floor of a representative building of Salamanca district is this bright apartment that enjoys three balconies overviewing the well-known street of Príncipe de Vergara.

The great living has been compartmentalized into three areas for better optimization of the space.

Next to the facade is the living area, which has been decorated with two leather sofas around a large coffee mirror table, surrounded by funny puffs and a cute armchair.
